This restores a render to your account; it does not automatically refund the payment to your card.
Before a task starts
A render pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of generations. Payment adds renders to your account after the order is verified. Buying a pack does not itself submit a video task. One render is used when the service accepts a generation request.
Check your photo and the vertical reference before clicking Generate. Output is requested at 720p and 15 seconds, with framing adapted to the reference. See current packs and prices.
If a generation technically fails
A task marked failed because of a technical generation error returns its consumed render credit automatically. The failed task remains visible in My Creations. Refresh your account balance after the failure is recorded.
If the credit has not appeared, contact support with the task ID and account email. If a request times out or your connection drops, check My Creations before submitting again: the task may already be processing. A task still processing is not a confirmed failure.
If a completed video is disappointing
AI output can include face, hand, motion, or lip-sync errors. A completed task does not automatically become a technical failure because its appearance differs from your expectations. Changes of creative preference or a different intended crop do not automatically return a credit.
Contact support with the task ID and a description of the issue if you believe the delivered result is defective. We can review the task and your request under the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Cash refunds and unused renders
For a duplicate charge, a paid pack that has not been credited, unused renders, or another payment concern, email support@iphonekupidance.com. Include your receipt or order reference, the checkout email, and what happened. Do not purchase a second pack simply to resolve an unconfirmed first payment.
Cash refund requests are reviewed separately from generation credit returns, taking into account payment and task records, whether renders have been used, and applicable law. An unused balance or automatic credit return is not itself confirmation of a cash refund. We do not promise approval or a fixed review time.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply in your location. Where law requires a remedy, those requirements take precedence over this policy.
