Information involved in the service
Sign-in provides account information such as your email and account identifier. A generation uses one uploaded photo, the built-in reference video, a task identifier, processing status, and the resulting video. We also maintain render balance and purchase records to verify access and resolve payment or task problems.
Stripe collects payment information in its checkout. Our service uses checkout references, pack details, payment status, and checkout email to match purchases to your account; complete card details are handled by Stripe. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.
How information is used
We use this information to sign you in, match purchases to your account, process generations, show task records, deliver downloads, resolve support requests, and protect the service from abuse. Uploaded images are sent for AI processing as part of your requested generation.
Providers and processing
- Cloudflare: account sessions and application records are stored in D1; uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in private R2 buckets. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: checkout and payment processing. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
- KIE: the AI generation service used to request Wan 3.0 processing. It receives image references, the built-in generation instructions, and video settings needed for the task. See KIE provider information and its current policies.
Providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process data in other countries. This page does not make a guarantee about third-party retention, model training, or data practices. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material you are not authorized to send for external processing.
Storage, browser data, and deletion
The service stores uploaded files, outputs, and task records to operate the workflow. Your browser also stores sign-in state, generation drafts, and local task information so you can return to the tool. Signing out does not necessarily remove saved browser data.
Generated files are not a permanent archive. Check availability in My Creations and download completed videos promptly. Files may become unavailable as storage is cleaned up or provider download links expire; this page does not promise a fixed retention period.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information or uploads, email support@iphonekupidance.com from your account email and identify the relevant task if available. We may need to verify your identity. Legal, payment, security, or backup requirements can limit immediate deletion of some records; third-party copies are subject to their policies.
Photos, likenesses, music, and output rights
Only upload photos you have the right to use, with appropriate permission from the people depicted. Do not create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material, impersonate someone without permission, or bypass access controls and usage limits.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them. Using this tool does not grant a license to the iPhone Kupi song, the original performance, trademarks, or anyone's likeness. Publicly viewable reference material is not permission for commercial reuse. Obtain any permissions required for your intended use; we do not promise copyright ownership or commercial clearance of AI outputs.
Generations, payments, and availability
The generator uses one photo and a built-in vertical video reference. Wan 3.0 requests fixed 720p and 15-second output with adaptive framing. Generation time and creative accuracy vary; exact face preservation, dialogue, audio, and lip sync are not guaranteed.
Renders are purchased in one-time packs. Signup does not include a free generation. One accepted task uses one render; a recorded technical failure returns that render automatically. Cash refund requests and completed-output concerns are covered by the Refund Policy.
Features and service availability may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
