No. After payment is verified, the renders are added to your account. Return to the generator and submit your photo when you are ready.

A task recorded as a technical generation failure returns its credit automatically. Check My Creations and your balance; contact support with the task ID if the credit does not reappear.
A completed result does not automatically return a credit because its face, motion, props or sound differ from what you expected. Contact support about a defective result or cash refund request; these are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
